PFA HP (HIGH PURITY) TUBING

Products

Our high-purity PFA tubing can be viewed as a sub-category of our PFA tubing. They differ from our standard PFA tubing in that a special material (PFA, type 450 HP) from the company Chemours is used. The processing and packaging of the manufactured hoses take place in our class VI cleanroom. We use special caps to seal the end and then package.

This tubing is used almost exclusively for semiconductor applications (Semicon).

 

Our HP-PFA HP tubing has an extremely low residual concentration of chemically-extractable compounds and complies with SEMI F-57-0301 standards.

 

We supply the vast majority of this special tubing s in inch sizes between ¼“ and 1“. However, in principle, we are capable of manufacturing all requested dimensions.

Raw materials

We use PFA Type 450 HP from the company Chemours (previously Du Pont) for our high-purity PFA tubing.
