Comprehensive cleanroom technology such as HEPA filter systems to achieve the necessary cleanliness and controls such as swab samples and bioburden tests to monitor sterility are a prerequisite for a continuously safe production and delivery process.
Due to the increased requirements for particle and germ-free sensitive products, we have realized the extrusion process under clean room conditions. We have solved the challenge of producing the extruded product in isolation from the machine environment.
