On 01.01.2023 Camitec moved into its second location in Neuss.
In addition to an increase of production capacity, this also offers a variety of new possibilities for development and manufacturing of new products.
From the start, we have 5 state-of-the-art extrusion lines at this location, which will be expanded to a total of 9 lines by May 2023. Together with our production in Recklinghausen, we have the largest extrusion capacity for FEP and PFA hoses in Europe.
The second location became necessary as parts of our production in Recklinghausen were moved to a class 7 clean room. Thus, we can produce immediately, according to the requirements of our customers, both in clean room environment, as well as in very clean industrial environment.
In addition to extrusion, we have 5 PTFE / FEP heat shrink tubing lines at our new location as well as state-of-the-art measuring equipment for maximum quality.
To reduce the environmental footprint of our new facility we equipped large parts of our new facility with solar panels right from the start to generate both, electricity for the plant as well for electric vehicles
